Pam Vincent Reply Alex 4 years ago Thank you so much this actually worked, I have tried several times trying to get information off my old IBM600E via USB before find Using Notepad edit config.sys found at c:\config.sys to add the following linesDEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\csmapper.sysDEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\carddrv.exe /slot=34. It works excellent! Don't forget Windows 98 cannot read NTFS so the storage device needs to be formatted with FAT/FAT32 to be recognised with a drive letter.
